Behold! My first attempt at Painter. I'd like to thank =mechangel2002 for her intuitive tutorial (which you can check at [link] ) on colouring in Painter, which encouraged me to try the program... and there's really a difference with PaintShopPro. What most surprised me is that is very similar to traditional painting but with the advantages of digital methods.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. 2º Thanks for the critic, they're always welcome. I'm aware of the anatomy problems. About the background: I was too lazy to do something more elaborate, it's supposed to be a hologram projected in a dark room.

Also try using shading and highlight colours with a stronger contrast (the shades not being so close together in tone and hue) to get a more obvious rendering
